We all have achievements and strong sides. The thing is, if we focus on the drawbacks, we will never be able to achieve our goals, because we will constantly drain in our own negativity. In fact, this negativity originates from your mind. However, you have all the power to change it. Moreover, you can start changing it RIGHT NOW. Focus on the positives and count your wins. At first, it will be difficult. But it’s like a muscle: if you train it, it will grow and the process will get easier. Just get in the habit of focusing on your victories. When you see your success, you start understanding that there are a lot of incredible things ahead of you. What a great motivation!
Talk to Yourself Like a ChampionJon Gordon puts it brilliantly, "Talk to yourself more than you listen to yourself". Our own mind often tries to bring us down and decrease our power. If we believe in that nonsense, we become powerless. However, all of us have a choice, we can talk to ourselves as if we are champions. In this case, wonderful things can happen and one day you can find yourself sitting on the champion’s throne. Reality responds to your believes: if you think that you’re a loser, you will be a loser and if you think you’re a champion, you will become a champion. The main trick here is not just to speak to yourself as if you’re a champion but also to take action worthy of a champion. Embrace the power of belief in yourself and wonderful changes will happen!
